Every insurance is different. Two people with Humana insurance may have completely different coverage. The best thing to do is call the office and give us your insurance information, and we can check and call you back with exactly what your insurance will cover before you ever even make your first appointment.
We have many patients that we treat that have no insurance or have insurance that is almost worthless. We try to keep our prices affordable for all. The cost is factored on the problem addressed and what is required to treat your problem. The best thing to do is give the office a call and tell us a little about your health problem. That way we can give you a good idea of what of cost before you make your first appointment.
Not all patients need x-rays. It all depends on your particular condition. If Dr. Marquez determines that x-rays are necessary for him to treat you, you may bring in your x-rays as long as they are not older than one year and you have not had a new injury since the x-rays. Dr. Marquez will not take additional x-rays if the x-rays you bring are acceptable.

We take most major medical insurance including Anthem, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, passport and more. We also take workman’s comp and automobile insurance in cases that involve auto accidents.
Dr. Marquez uses a hands-on approach. His main technique is called Diversified, but he is also skilled in a technique called Activator and Active Release Technique (ART). If you have a chiropractic technique, you like but are not sure the best approach we can give the doctor a call. He would be happy to tell you if he can accommodate your needs.
